3. Response to Valid Notices

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Review the claim promptly
• Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material if the notice is complete and valid
• Notify the user who posted the content, if applicable

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA agent including:

• (a) Your physical or electronic signature
• (b) Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
• (c) A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
• (d) Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district and will accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice

5. Repeat Infringers

Ashford & Sons reserves the right to terminate access for users who are repeat copyright infringers.
